1. General

1.1 The website www.ku-fashion.com is owned by KU-FASHION. These terms regulate the relationship between the customer and KU-FASHION regarding the purchase of products offered on the website.
1.2 All agreements with KU-FASHION are governed by Dutch law.

2. Product Availability

2.1 KU-FASHION products are available for purchase online. If a product is unavailable, customers will be notified.
2.2 KU-FASHION reserves the right to modify product availability at any time.

3. Products and Orders

3.1 Product prices and details are displayed on individual product pages.
3.2 To purchase a product, customers must complete the online sales form and agree to the terms and privacy policy during checkout.

4. Prices

4.1 All prices are listed in euros, excluding VAT and shipping costs.
4.2 KU-FASHION aims to provide accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If there is a pricing error, the customer will be informed and may choose to cancel or proceed with the correct price.

5. Purchase Agreement

5.1 The agreement is established once the customer places the order and KU-FASHION receives the payment.
5.2 KU-FASHION is not responsible for technical errors caused by the customer’s internet connection.

6. Payment

6.1 Payment can be made via iDEAL, BankTransfer or PayPal.
6.2 Once payment is confirmed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Orders are shipped within 1-3  business days after payment is received.
7.2 Pre-orders are shipped when the products are back in stock.
7.3 KU-FASHION ships via DPD or PostNL (including tracking) within Europe.

8. Shipping Costs

8.1 Shipping within the Netherlands costs €1,99.
8.2 Shipping to other EU countries costs €5.
8.3 Shipping to the UK costs €10.

9. Returns and Refunds

9.1 Products can be returned within 14 days in their unused condition.
9.2 Used products are not eligible for returns.
9.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable.9.4 Please note that if your package is not delivered to your address for any reason and it is redirected to a pick-up point, we are no longer responsible for any issues that may occur. This also applies if you contact the courier service directly to change the delivery address.

10. Authenticity

10.1 KU-FASHION guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased through the website.

11. Applicable Law

11.1 The agreement between the buyer and seller is governed by Dutch law.
